Our company is constantly looking for development opportunities. Our interests focus primarily on real estate in the largest Polish cities.

We are looking for buildings with the following characteristics:

- usable area minimum 1000 m2

- objects adapted or adaptable for hotel facilities.

- located in centers or near important transport hubs in large and medium-sized cities in Poland.

- both newly constructed buildings and historic tenement houses.

We are willing to participate in the project already at the design stage of the target building.

We offer one of two possible cooperation models to interested entities:

In this model, after leasing the facility, Smart Hotels & Hostels introduces its own brand to the facility and organizes the hotel operation. This model assumes that SH&H bears all costs and risks of operational hotel activity (including the cost of lease or rent) but also retains the profit from the activity.

In this model, the property owner prepares the hotel for operation (often in consultation with the hotel brand based on a franchise agreement). Smart Hotels & Hostels undertakes to conduct the operational activity of the hotel on behalf of the owner in accordance with the franchisor guidelines. Costs and profits from the activity are borne and collected by the property owner, while the operator collects remuneration for managing the facility.

Our over twenty years of experience and the competence of our team make us ready for both cooperation models. At the same time, one of the features of our company is flexibility, so we are open to deviations from established cooperation patterns.
